Our Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience, particularly in the education and real estate sectors. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of the Australian market and proven success in generating quality traffic, leads, and conversions through SEO and paid digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies for websites in the education and real estate domains.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn, targeting the Australian audience.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits with a focus on region-specific search trends.
- Track, report, and analyze website and campaign performance (traffic, leads, rankings, ROI, etc.).
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and promotional content tailored to Australian users.
- Work on local SEO for real estate projects and location-based marketing for educational institutions.
- Maintain and configure tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay updated with SEO best practices and algorithm changes, especially related to the Australian market and search behavior.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of SEO and digital marketing experience, with proven results in the education and real estate sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian digital landscape and user behavior.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good to Have:
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
- Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
