About the Role:

We are looking for a creative 2D / 3D Animation Designer to produce engaging short-form animated content for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate with our in-house team to turn ideas and scripts into high-quality animations, focusing mainly on 2D animation with basic 3D elements. This role is ideal for someone passionate about motion graphics, social media trends, and visually impactful storytelling.

About the Company:

We are an IT company specializing in digital platforms, web solutions, and brand-driven content. We create engaging short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms and are looking for a creative animation designer to join our in-house team at our Indore office.

Work Timings:

• Location: Indore (Work from Office)
• Office Timings: Indian business hours (10 AM – 7 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D and basic 3D animated videos for:
• Instagram Reels
• Facebook Reels
• Promotional & explainer videos
• Design short, engaging animations (15–60 seconds) optimized for social media
• Develop storyboards, motion concepts, and visual styles
• Animate characters, icons, text, and UI elements
• Edit videos with sound effects, music, and transitions
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams
• Ensure brand consistency in animations and visuals
• Meet timelines and deliver high-quality output regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in 2D animation and basic 3D animation
• Strong knowledge of tools such as:
• After Effects
• Premiere Pro
• Blender / Cinema 4D / Maya (basic 3D)
• Illustrator / Photoshop
• Understanding of motion graphics & social media trends
• Ability to convert scripts/ideas into engaging animations
• Good sense of timing, color, and composition
• Attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Animation, Multimedia, or Design
• Experience creating content specifically for Instagram & Facebook Reels
• Knowledge of typography animation and character rigging
• Ability to work independently and in a team
