Our Opportunity:
You will be responsible for planning and executing data-driven social media strategies that enhance brand presence, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a deep understanding of audience behavior, content creation, campaign optimization, and analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content, manage paid campaigns, and build communities around our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives and brand positioning.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms to ensure maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Utilize advanced audience targeting methods, including “Lookalike Audiences,” to reach potential customers based on existing audience profiles and behaviors.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to target users in specific cities, regions, or smaller geographic areas as per campaign goals.
- Work closely with content teams, designers, and videographers to create compelling visuals, videos, graphics, and written content that reflect brand identity.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics such as impressions, clicks, engagement rates, conversions, and ROI, and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure content strategies, keywords, and backlink efforts complement paid campaigns for unified brand growth.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a loyal community through interactive content, polls, and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay abreast of platform updates, algorithm changes, competitor strategies, and industry trends to continuously refine and innovate campaign approaches.
- Partner with influencers, affiliates, and external vendors to amplify brand reach and credibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience managing social media campaigns, with proven expertise in paid advertising and brand building in education, real estate, or related sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced targeting techniques, including “Lookalike Audiences,” custom audiences, and location-based targeting in cities, regions, or smaller localities.
- Proficiency in campaign setup, A/B testing, budget optimization, and conversion tracking on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Experience in creating content calendars, drafting engaging posts, and designing creative assets to maintain brand consistency.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles — including keyword research, content optimization, and backlink strategies — and how to align them with paid campaigns for holistic growth.
- Skilled in using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and other analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities to translate data into strategic insights.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
- Certifications in Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or similar professional programs.
- Experience working with influencers and third-party collaborations.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM platforms for nurturing audience relationships.
- Knowledge of video production, editing tools, or graphic design software.
