About the Role:

We are looking for a multitalented Web Designer & UI/UX Developer who can design visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces while also creating engaging creatives for social media marketing and digital promotions. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to think both creatively and analytically.

Work Timings:

• Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web & UI/UX Design

• Design responsive website layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Create UI/UX wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Improve user experience through layout, navigation, and usability principles.
• Work on landing pages, web pages, dashboards, and web apps.

2. Mobile App UI/UX

• Design mobile app screens for Android and iOS.
• Create prototypes and interaction flows using modern tools.
• Ensure brand consistency across all app screens.

3. Social Media Creatives & Marketing Designs

• Design creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create graphics, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and promotional content.
• Design posters, ads, and branding assets for digital campaigns.
• Build short promotional visuals or animations/gifs when needed.

4. Marketing Collaterals

• Design brochures, flyers, emailers, and presentation graphics.
• Support branding needs with logos, icons, and visual identity assets.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Design Tools (Any of the following):

• Figma
• Adobe XD
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe After Effects / Premier Pro (for reels/short videos)
• CorelDRAW (optional)
• Canva (for quick marketing designs)

Technical Knowledge (Bonus Advantage):

• HTML, CSS (basic understanding)
• Knowledge of responsiveness and UI implementation

Creative & UI/UX Skills:

• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout
• Experience with user flows, web/app navigation, and interaction design
• Ability to design for multiple screen sizes and platforms
• Awareness of current web and mobile design trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design/Multimedia/IT/CS or relevant field
• 1–4 years of experience in Web/UI/UX design and creatives development
• Portfolio demonstrating both web/app designs and creative graphics
